Winter Wonderland Celebration at the DSCC Mokena Regional Office
A free, inclusive winter celebration for Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) participants based at our Mokena Regional Office
Our Mokena Regional Office is hosting a Winter Wonderland Celebration on Dec. 12 from 1 to 6 p.m.
This free event is for all Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) participant families based at our Mokena office in the Core and Connect Care programs.
The inclusive festivities will include:
- Crafts
- Snacks
- Photo opportunities with Olaf the Snowman and Santa Claus
Be sure to bring your camera to capture all the smiles! The Mokena team will not provide photos.
Representatives from GiGi’s Playhouse will also be at the celebration. Gigi’s Playhouse offers free therapeutic, educational and research-driven programs to individuals of all ages with Down syndrome.
The celebration is also a good opportunity for a face-to-face visit with your DSCC Care Coordinator.
Please let your Care Coordinator know if you will attend. Walk-ins are also welcome.
