SUMMARY:Winter Wonderland Celebration at the DSCC Mokena Regional Office
DESCRIPTION:A free\, inclusive winter celebration for Division of Specializ
 ed Care for Children (DSCC) participants based at our Mokena Regional Offi
 ce\n\nOur Mokena Regional Office is hosting a Winter Wonderland Celebratio
 n on Dec. 12 from 1 to 6 p.m.\n\nThis free event is for all Division of Sp
 ecialized Care for Children (DSCC) participant families based at our Moken
 a office in the Core and Connect Care programs.\n\nThe inclusive festiviti
 es will include:\n\n 	Crafts\n 	Snacks\n 	Photo opportunities with Olaf th
 e Snowman and Santa Claus\n\nBe sure to bring your camera to capture all t
 he smiles! The Mokena team will not provide photos.\n\nRepresentatives fro
 m GiGi's Playhouse will also be at the celebration. Gigi's Playhouse offer
 s free therapeutic\, educational and research-driven programs to individua
 ls of all ages with Down syndrome.\n\nFamilies can also learn about The Ar
 c of Illinois’ programs and resources. Family Advocate Veronica Salazar\
 , QIDP\, will answer questions and provide information about The Arc’s w
 ide range of programs that provide support\, training\, and advocacy for p
 eople with intellectual and developmental disabilities\, their families an
 d community organizations throughout the state.\n\nThe celebration is also
  a good opportunity for a face-to-face visit with your DSCC Care Coordinat
 or.\n\nPlease let your Care Coordinator know if you will attend. Walk-ins
