“My Future, My Plan” is a fun and interactive workshop series for youth ages 14 to 22.

Join Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center (FMPTIC) for “My Future, My Plan” on June 30 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Students will learn how to use the Charting the LifeCourse tools to explore their strengths, interests, goals and support needs.

Students will also learn how to:

  • Speak up for themselves
  • Take an active role in planning their future
  • Create personalized planning tools they can use during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Plan for the transition to adulthood
  • Explore work, jobs and other important life decisions

Together, students will focus on building the skills and confidence needed to create a future that reflects their goals, voice and plan for the future.
