DESCRIPTION:"My Future\, My Plan" is a fun and interactive workshop series 
 for youth ages 14 to 22.\n\nJoin Family Matters Parent Training and Inform
 ation Center (FMPTIC) for "My Future\, My Plan" on June 30 from 1 to 2 p.m
 .\n\nStudents will learn how to use the Charting the LifeCourse tools to e
 xplore their strengths\, interests\, goals and support needs.\n\nStudents 
 will also learn how to:\n\n 	Speak up for themselves\n 	Take an active rol
 e in planning their future\n 	Create personalized planning tools they can 
 use during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings\n 	Plan for the
  transition to adulthood\n 	Explore work\, jobs and other important life d
 ecisions\n\nTogether\, students will focus on building the skills and conf
 idence needed to create a future that reflects their goals\, voice and pla
