Join the Will-Grundy Transition Planning Committee (Will-Grundy TPC) on Google Meet to learn about PUNS and Service Inc. Independent Service Coordinators on April 21 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Service Inc. offers a wide range of programs and support to empower people with disabilities.
The Illinois Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) is a statewide database that serves as a waiting list for individuals planning or seeking Developmental Disability Waiver Services through the Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Service Inc. will help participants better understand PUNS and the enrollment process. The presentation will include:
- PUNS and who can enroll
- The PUNS enrollment process, including new applicants meeting with an Individual Service Coordinator (ISC) who is a registered Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
- Next steps after enrollment in the PUNS database
- An opportunity to ask questions
The presentation is free and open to anyone who wants to learn more about PUNS.
