DESCRIPTION:Free webinars for parents\, caregivers and professionals provid
 ing guidance and support for the transition to adulthood for children with
  disabilities\n\nJoin the Will-Grundy Transition Planning Committee (Will-
 Grundy TPC) on Google Meet to learn about PUNS and Service Inc. Independen
 t Service Coordinators on April 21 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.\n\nService Inc. 
 offers a wide range of programs and support to empower people with disabil
 ities.\n\nThe Illinois Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUN
 S) is a statewide database that serves as a waiting list for individuals p
 lanning or seeking Developmental Disability Waiver Services through the Il
 linois Department of Human Services/Division of Developmental Disabilities
 .\n\nService Inc. will help participants better understand PUNS and the en
 rollment process. The presentation will include:\n\n 	PUNS and who can enr
 oll\n 	The PUNS enrollment process\, including new applicants meeting with
  an Individual Service Coordinator (ISC) who is a registered Qualified Int
 ellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)\n 	Next steps after enrollment in
  the PUNS database\n 	An opportunity to ask questions\n\nThe presentation 
 is free and open to anyone who wants to learn more about PUNS.\n\nFor more
