Webinar – Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago Care for the Caregiver Workshop
Gain tips for reducing stress, building epilepsy seizure response skills and strengthening resilience in these free virtual workshops for caregivers in English or Spanish
The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago will host two “Care for the Caregiver” virtual workshops. The workshops will be from 6 to 7 p.m.:
- In Spanish on Sept. 8
- In English on Sept. 9
This virtual workshop will equip caregivers of individuals living with epilepsy with practical tools to:
- Reduce stress
- Manage anxiety
- Build confidence in seizure response
- Strengthen resilience
