  Sept. 9\n\nThis virtual workshop will equip caregivers of individuals liv
 ing with epilepsy with practical tools to:\n\n 	Reduce stress\n 	Manage an
 xiety\n 	Build confidence in seizure response\n 	Strengthen resilience\n\n
