Transition Fair 2026 for Students with Disabilities in Godfrey
Free event for students with disabilities and their families to learn about self-advocacy, employment services, college and other transition options
The Madison County Transition Planning Committee and Lewis & Clark Community College invite you to attend Transition Fair 2026 on March 12 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Start planning for a successful transition after high school.
This free event is open to students, their families and community members interested in learning more about options for transition to adulthood, employment, college, housing and more.
Browse the many booths, talk with representatives from a wide variety of organizations and attend workshops on topics including:
- 4 p.m. – Guardianship
- 5 p.m. – Residential services and options
- 6 p.m. – Employment opportunities
Be sure to stop by the Division of Specialized Care for Children’s table. Our team can answer your questions about our programs and also provide materials to support your journey, including our Transition Toolkit (The toolkit is also available in Spanish).
