DESCRIPTION:Free event for students with disabilities and their families to
  learn about self-advocacy\, employment services\, college and other trans
 ition options\n\nThe Madison County Transition Planning Committee and Lewi
 s &amp\; Clark Community College invite you to attend Transition Fair 2026
  on March 12 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.\n\nStart planning for a successful tra
 nsition after high school.\n\nThis free event is open to students\, their 
 families and community members interested in learning more about options f
 or transition to adulthood\, employment\, college\, housing and more.\n\nB
 rowse the many booths\, talk with representatives from a wide variety of o
 rganizations and attend workshops on topics including:\n\n 	4 p.m. - Guard
 ianship\n 	5 p.m. - Residential services and options\n 	6 p.m. - Employmen
 t opportunities\n\nBe sure to stop by the Division of Specialized Care for
  Children's table. Our team can answer your questions about our programs a
 nd also provide materials to support your journey\, including our Transiti
