2025 Cerebral Palsy Family Day in St. Louis
Annual family-focused event dedicated to learning about resources and strengthening the cerebral palsy community
Join the Washington University School of Medicine, Department of Neurology, for Cerebral Palsy (CP) Family Day on June 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
CP Family Day is an event for area families, caregivers and patients at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Cerebral Palsy Clinic and Mobility Center. The event is co-planned with individuals who have CP and driven by community partners from various disciplines to help families of children with CP connect and learn together.
Medically trained staff from the CP Center will lead activities for children with CP and their siblings, including:
- Creating and listening to music
- Exploring the sensory garden
- Playing together
- Hands-on games and activities
Parents and caregivers can:
- Connect and sharing with other caregivers
- Attend presentations to help you with planning and reaching your goals at every stage
- Learn about financial assistance, housing and employment programs, post-secondary education and more
- Have fun with your children in the beautiful and accessible botanical garden
Families living in both Illinois and Missouri are welcome to attend. You do not have to be a patient at the CP Center to attend.
