Free community event featuring kids’ activities, annual and back-to-school physicals, giveaways and more.
Join Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness for its Family Health Fair on July 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chicago Heights Family Health Center.
Aunt Martha’s Family Health Fair offers a mix of medical services and community support to help families prepare for the upcoming school year.
Families can enjoy:
- Kids’ games and activities
- Browsing booths hosted by local community resource organizations
- Free backpacks and essential school supplies for children
- Seasonal fresh food baskets for families while supplies last
- Check-ups to meet school and sports participation requirements
- Routine childhood and back-to-school vaccines
Our Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will be at the fair to provide information about our programs and how we help children and youth with special healthcare needs and their families. Please stop by our table!
Anyone can walk in to enjoy the free activities, snacks and resource booths.
Physicals and immunizations require an appointment. To make an appointment, please call (877) 692-8686 or register in advance through Aunt Martha’s Patient Portal.
For appointments, please bring:
- Your child’s immunization records and any required school health forms.\
- A photo ID for the parent or legal guardian
- An insurance card (such as Medicaid/CountyCare) or proof of income if uninsured, as services are available on a sliding scale
