- Short videos
- Guided discussion
- Examples of how families are using these tools to plan, connect and advocate for the life they want.
This session explores how CtLC tools support planning for interdependent living. Participants will:
- Examine the difference between independence and interdependence

- Reflect on how thoughtful planning can enhance safety, choice, community inclusion, and overall quality of life for individuals with disabilities
There will also be time to network, share ideas, and connect with others on similar journeys.
Anyone supporting students and young adults with disabilities is welcome to attend.
