DESCRIPTION:Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, fami
 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part nine\, "Using CtLC Tools to Explore Plans Around Interdependent L
 iving" on Sept. 17 from 12 to 12:45 p.m.\n\nThe 12-session virtual series 
 will introduce Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, family-cente
 red framework for planning across the lifespan. Each month\, families\, yo
 uth\, and professionals will explore one key CtLC tool or concept through:
 \n\n 	Short videos\n 	Guided discussion\n 	Examples of how families are us
 ing these tools to plan\, connect and advocate for the life they want.\n\n
 This session explores how CtLC tools support planning for interdependent l
 iving. Participants will:\n\n 	Examine the difference between independence
  and interdependence\n 	Identify supports that foster connection and share
 d responsibility\n 	Reflect on how thoughtful planning can enhance safety\
 , choice\, community inclusion\, and overall quality of life for individua
 ls with disabilities\n\n\n\n\nThere will also be time to network\, share i
 deas\, and connect with others on similar journeys.\n\nAnyone supporting s
