Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC), a practical, family-centered framework for planning across the lifespan, in this free webinar series

Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center will host part ten, “Open Discussion and Sharing on CtLC Framework and Tools” on Oct. 15 from 12 to 12:45 p.m.

The 12-session virtual series will introduce Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC), a practical, family-centered framework for planning across the lifespan. Each month, families, youth, and professionals will explore one key CtLC tool or concept through:

  • Short videos
  • Guided discussion
  • Examples of how families are using these tools to plan, connect and advocate for the life they want.

There will also be time to network, share ideas, and connect with others on similar journeys.

This session will be an open discussion to share real-life experiences:

  • Using CtLC tools
  • Reflecting on how planning perspectives have evolved over time
  • Learning from peers’ strategies and gaining new ideas
  • Identifying one tool or approach you want to continue using or explore further in your own planning journey

Anyone supporting students and young adults with disabilities is welcome to attend.
