DESCRIPTION:Learn about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, fami
 ly-centered framework for planning across the lifespan\, in this free webi
 nar series\n\nFamily Matters Parent Training and Information Center will h
 ost part ten\, "Open Discussion and Sharing on CtLC Framework and Tools" o
 n Oct. 15 from 12 to 12:45 p.m.\n\nThe 12-session virtual series will intr
 oduce Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC)\, a practical\, family-centered frame
 work for planning across the lifespan. Each month\, families\, youth\, and
  professionals will explore one key CtLC tool or concept through:\n\n 	Sho
 rt videos\n 	Guided discussion\n 	Examples of how families are using these
  tools to plan\, connect and advocate for the life they want.\n\n\n\n\nThe
 re will also be time to network\, share ideas\, and connect with others on
  similar journeys.\n\nThis session will be an open discussion to share rea
 l-life experiences:\n\n 	Using CtLC tools\n 	Reflecting on how planning pe
 rspectives have evolved over time\n 	Learning from peers’ strategies and
  gaining new ideas\n 	Identifying one tool or approach you want to continu
 e using or explore further in your own planning journey\n\nAnyone supporti
 ng students and young adults with disabilities is welcome to attend.\n\nRe
