Elevate Your Wellness Expo in Lincoln
Free community event providing fun and area resources for improving your overall health
The Lincoln Park District will host the “Elevate Your Wellness Expo” on March 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the district office in Lincoln.
The expo is open to anyone who wants to learn more about area resources for mental and physical wellness.
Activities will include:
- Participating in demonstrations
- Speaking with local health and wellness professionals
- Learning about a wide variety of community resources
The expo is free. You do not need to register to attend.
