Webinar – “I NEED SPACE: Processing Life’s Experiences Through Movement and Meditation”

Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center and Soulside Healing Arts are teaming up to host “I NEED SPACE: Processing Life’s Experiences Through Movement and Meditation” on Oct. 10 from 10 to 11 a.m.
Yoga movement and meditation are scientifically proven to provide both physical and mental benefits, including reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, tension and chronic pain.
This virtual session will include:
- Discussing the science behind movement, meditation and wellness
- Practicing breath, movement and meditation together
- Learning a set of holistic breath and movement exercises that you can practice daily for mobility, emotional processing and decreased tension
The session is for individuals and caregivers of all ages who want to learn more about reducing stress and increasing wellness.
