Do you need some help understanding the transition planning process?
Join Family Matters to gain an understanding of:
- The transition planning process
- What the transition plan does for you
- Ways to advocate for a plan that’s right for you
Youth with an IEP between the ages of 14 to 22 are encouraged to attend this free webinar. Families, caregivers and professionals are also welcome to attend.
