The RAISE Center, Think College and National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) will host “From High School to Life: Designing Transition IEPs That Reflect Real Futures/De la escuela secundaria a la vida: Diseño de un IEP de transición que refleje un futuro real” on April 27 from 1 to 2 p.m.
Join Dr. Mindy Lingo with Think College and Michael Stoehr, Knowledge Development and Technical Assistance Specialist with NTACT:C, to explore how to design transition-focused Individual Education Programs (IEPs) to support meaningful post-school outcomes.
Topics will include:
- Strategies for aligning IEP goals, services and planning with real-world experiences such as employment, education and more
- Important steps for transition planning and preparing students for life beyond graduation
The webinar is free. Family members and any professionals supporting students with disabilities are welcome to attend.
