Join The Arc of Illinois‘ virtual Family Support Group on July 28 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
This month’s theme is “Supporting the Supporter.”
Guest presenter Russ Soloman, founder of InTune Parents, will help participants:
- Feel more grounded during life’s difficult moments
- Discover why more advice isn’t always what creates lasting change
- Learn how to pause, choose and respond with intention
This virtual family support group is for parents, family members and caregivers of loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Each meeting provides an opportunity to explore important topics and connect with:
- Others who truly understand your journey
- A community of support
- A place to be heard
The support group is free to attend and open to the public.
