Virtual – American Sign Language Community Classes

Learn the basics of American Sign Language (ASL) for free!

The Oklahoma School for the Deaf (OSD) is hosting online ASL Community Classes. The free ASL I and ASL II classes for the fall semester are self-paced courses that run from Sept. 16 to Dec. 30.

OSD’s ASL specialist will teach the basics of conversation in these pre-recorded, non-credit lessons.

The classes are geared for all ages. Children may need an adult to help guide them and keep their attention.

Once registered, participants can watch each lesson and access the recordings anytime until Dec. 30, 2024.
