“Until Justice Just Is” Monthly Movie Screening and Discussion Featuring “Encanto” in Bourbonnais

Join Project SUN, YWCA Kankakee, and The Grow Center for the “Until Justice Just Is” screening and discussion of the film “Encanto” on May 28 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

“Until Justice Just Is” events are on the last Tuesday of each month and feature a free movie and group discussion about the film.

The YWCA “Until Justice Just Is” campaign is a collaborative effort to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen communities.

These monthly movie screening and discussion events are designed to bring people together to have fun and to:

• Foster bridge-building efforts
• Encourage personal reflection and social responsibility
• Motivate participants to identify and act to eliminate discrimination

This event is free and open to the public. Events will take place monthly through 2024.

Light refreshments will be available.
