The Village Cares will host “The Village Talks: A Cerebral Palsy Workshop” on March 28 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Kumler Outreach Ministries in Springfield.
Are you a caregiver navigating the journey of raising a child with medically complex needs?
This regional workshop focusing on cerebral palsy and complex medical needs may offer just the support you’re looking for.
Speakers will include:
- Theresia Davis, The Village Cares founder, special needs advocate and a member of the Division of Specialized Care for Children’s Family Advisory Council
- Bhoma Aravamuthan, MD, DPhil, FAAN, FCNS
- Medical and Research Director at the Cerebral Palsy and Mobility Center
- Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at Washington University in St. Louis
Participants will gain:
