The Village Cares will host its “Medical Momma Mixer” on Sept. 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Kumler Outreach Ministries in Springfield.
You’ve been strong. You’ve sat in hospital rooms, made countless appointments, asked the hard questions and cared for everyone else. But who takes care of you?
Join this gathering for caregivers where you’ll find a “village” of support and encouragement.
Connect, breathe and know that you are not alone. The event will include:
- A safe, supportive space
- Sharing resources
- Laughing and building relationships
- Giveaways
The event is free. Lunch will be provided.
