Free Child Abuse Prevention Month Awareness event for children and their families

The Southern 7 Child Abuse Prevention Coalition will host “Superheroes Stand Up for Children” on April 17 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Metropolis.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Head to the Superman statue to enjoy this fun and free community event featuring:

  • Games
  • Vendors
  • Information and resources

If the weather is bad, the event will move to The Space at 715 Market St.
