STAR NET Chicago Moms’ Retreat
Join this special retreat for Chicago moms with children with disabilities ages 8 and younger
STAR NET Region V will host “Moms’ Retreat: Reconnect with Your Inner Child” on Aug. 10 and 11. The event will kick off on Saturday at 9 a.m. and wrap up on on Sunday at 4 p.m.
Moms will enjoy relaxing, learning and reconnecting with their inner child.
The two-day event will include a activities focusing on:
- Relieving stress
- Improving self-care
- Building connections
- Having fun
The retreat is for moms living in the city of Chicago who have a child who is 8 or younger with:
- An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- An Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- A 504 Plan
