NORD’s Patient Assistance Program for Assistance With Phenylketonuria (PKU)
NORD’s RareCare program is accepting applications from individuals with Phenylketonuria (PKU) who need help with medical expenses
The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD)‘s RareCare program is accepting applications for PKU emergency relief, PKU medical assistance and PKU premium copay assistance.
RareCare Patient Assistance Programs can help individuals living with rare diseases with:
- Obtaining medication
- Receiving financial help with insurance premiums and copays
- Getting diagnostic testing assistance
- Connecting with other patient assistance programs
For more information and to submit an application, visit NORD’s RareCare Patient Assistance Programs PKU page. You will need to enter your email and the patient’s date of birth. You’ll receive a link to the enrollment application through the email address you provide.
