MDA Summer Camp 2026 in Indiana

Event Type

A free overnight camping experience for children with neuromuscular disease between the ages of 8 and 17

Campers can join the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) at Bradford Woods in Martinsville, Ind., from June 28 to July 3.

MDA Summer Camp will provide participants an opportunity to:

  • Discover new interests
  • Gain self-confidence
  • Make lifelong friendships
  • Experience the independence of being away from home in a safe, inclusive environment

Camper will enjoy activities adapted for all abilities, including:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Sports and games
  • Boating and swimming
  • Other traditional camp activities

Campers are paired with camp counselors to help with activities of daily living and personal care.

There is no cost to families.
