An in-person listening session for individuals, families and professionals to help shape the future of services in Illinois for people with medical complexity and intellectual and developmental disabilities

The IDD System Redesign Coalition is hosting listening sessions to gather feedback from people with disabilities and their family members.

The coalition wants to hear your stories and experiences to help shape the future of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) system in Illinois.

The Arc of Illinois will host two listening sessions on Jan. 22 at the Bloomington Public Library. Participants can choose to attend:

  • Session 1 from 3 to 4 p.m.
  • Session 2 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

These sessions will provide an opportunity to:

  • Share stories and experiences
  • Listen to ideas
  • Fill out an official survey designed to collect and share experiences with the IDD system in Illinois
