flok is accepting applications for the Guthrie-Koch Scholarship through March 15.

The flok Guthrie-Koch Scholarship Program offers financial support to individuals with inherited metabolic conditions pursuing higher education and vocational opportunities.

Eligible conditions include:

  • Classical Homocystinuria (HCU)
  • Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD)
  • Organic Acidemias
  • Phenylketonuria (PKU)
  • Tyrosinemia
  • Urea Cycle Disorders (UCDs)

Graduate and professional students and individuals who have previously received this scholarship are not eligible to apply.

Applicants must be accepted to an accredited college or technical school before they receive the scholarship. Applicants may apply for the scholarship before acceptance is confirmed.
