Eligible conditions include:
- Classical Homocystinuria (HCU)
- Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD)
- Organic Acidemias
- Phenylketonuria (PKU)
- Tyrosinemia
- Urea Cycle Disorders (UCDs)

Applicants must be accepted to an accredited college or technical school before they receive the scholarship. Applicants may apply for the scholarship before acceptance is confirmed.
