Family camp opportunities offer connection and learning opportunities for individuals affected by PKU (phenylketonuria) or any inherited metabolic disorder

flok offers two family camp opportunities in Oregon and New Hampshire. The in-person camps will take place:

Family camps provide connection and learning opportunities for individuals affected by PKU (phenylketonuria) or any inherited metabolic disorder (IMD).

Campers are welcome to join with family, friends, or on their own (18  and older) for three days of traditional camp activities and informative sessions for all ages and abilities.

Activities will include:

  • Crafting and games
  • Water sports and field games
  • Silent discos and community fairs
  • Meeting new friends
  • Eating good food (low and high protein) and cooking demonstrations
  • Learning about the latest research
