Family camp will take place on Sept. 17-20 at Camp Belknap in Tuftonboro, N.H.
Family camp will provide connection and learning opportunities for individuals affected by PKU (phenylketonuria) or any inherited metabolic disorder (IMD).
Campers can attend with family, friends, or on their own (18 and older) for three days of traditional camp activities and informative sessions for all ages and abilities.
Activities will include:
- Crafting and games
- Water sports and field games
- Silent discos and community fairs
- Meeting new friends
- Eating good food (low and high protein) and cooking demonstrations
- Learning about the latest research
