Epilepsy Education Conference in Champaign
A free conference for people and families living with epilepsy, health career students and other community members who want to learn more about epilepsy
The Epilepsy Advocacy Network (EAN) will host the “Epilepsy Education Conference” on March 29 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Learn more about epilepsy and the many ways it affects Illinois residents and our communities.
Participants can attend a panel addressing the impact of epilepsy on the community and explore other topics, including:
- Intractable epilepsy and alternative treatment options
- Surgical options for epilepsy
- Epilepsy and mental health
- The latest epilepsy medications and more
This new, annual conference is open to:
- Patients, caregivers and families living with epilepsy
- Students in the health field who want to learn more about epilepsy
- Community members who want to educate themselves and support those with epilepsy
The event is free and includes lunch. Donations are appreciated.
