Disabilities Resource Fair in Chicago
Free in-person, inclusive resource fair and virtual question-and-answer period for people with disabilities, families, caregivers and professionals
Join Parents of Extraordinary Children to network, socialize and learn about area resources at the “Disabilities Resource Fair” on Sept. 13 from 12 to 3 p.m. at Mann Park. The event will also include a virtual question-and-answer session (Q&A) on Zoom beginning at 1 p.m.
People with disabilities, caregivers, clinicians and other professionals can:
- Talk with representatives from area organizations
- Learn about a wide range of resources
- Visit and network
- Participate in sensory giveaways
- Enjoy snacks
If you can’t attend the in-person event, join the virtual Q&A on Zoom at 1 p.m.
Please stop by the Division of Specialized Care for Children’s (DSCC) table at the event. Our team can answer your questions and explain how we help families of children and young adults with special healthcare needs.
All are welcome to network and socialize in an inclusive environment with a wealth of resources!
