Free in-person monthly support group for anyone providing care and support for a loved one

Join Culberton Memorial Hospital‘s Caregiver Support Group. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month from 3 to 4 p.m..

The Caregiver Support Group is open to anyone providing care for a loved one.

Discussion will cover topics such as understanding symptoms, learning how to safely care for a loved one, self-care and coping strategies.

Each meeting will offer a safe space for:

• Sharing experiences
• Connecting with others facing similar challenges
• Receiving information and resources
• Benefiting from peer acceptance and recognition

All meetings are free.
