Join the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in Ingleside, Ill., for “Camp Triangle Adventure” from July 19-24.
This week-long overnight ADA-certified camp offers a unique blend of adventure, education, mentorship and fun for children living with diabetes.
Activities will include:
- Crafts
- Boating and swimming
- Participating in team and ropes courses
- Games and other fun activities!
Along with all the fun, campers will also learn about essential diabetes management skills. Campers will explore:
- Nutrition and exercise
- Emotional well-being
- Glucose (blood sugar) control and management
The cost for camp ranges from $1,650 to $825 or less per camper, depending on your family’s financial situation. Financial help is also available for qualifying families. No child will ever be turned away from camp due to cost. During registration, select the “Financial Assistance” option to request help.
