Camp Spartan Pathways College Preparation Program for Neurodiverse Students in Aurora
An opportunity for rising high school juniors and seniors and recent high school graduates with autism to preview and prepare for the college experience
Join Aurora University for Camp Spartan from June 23 – 29.
Camp Spartan provides an opportunity for students to preview and prepare for the college experience.
The program is focused on helping students build the skills needed for transitioning from high school to college.
Students will:
- Take non-credit courses taught by AU faculty
- Participate in social and recreational activities
- Learn to develop the executive functioning skills needed to succeed in college
- Practice college living skills by staying in an AU residence hall
The Camp Spartan is for neurodiverse rising high school juniors and seniors and recent high school graduates under the age of 21.
The cost is $2,250 and includes a room, meals, classes and activities.
