“2025 TPC Disability Community Resource Fair” in Loves Park
Free community resource fair for people with disabilities of all ages and their families/caregivers and friends
Join the Transition Planning Committee (TPC) of Boone, Ogle, and Winnebago counties (TPC Northern Illinois) for the “2025 TPC Disability Community Resource Fair” on May 13 from 4 to 6 p.m.
This family-friendly event is for individuals of all ages with disabilities, their families/caregivers, and anyone interested in learning about a wide range of services and supports.
Spend time connecting with nearly 40 agencies and talk with representatives who can help you:
- Explore recreation opportunities
- Learn about education and employment programs and supports
- Find health, housing, employment and transportation options
An Instant Language Assistant (ILA) device will be available for families that need translation services. The ILA can translate up to 400 languages and dialects.
Food will also be available for purchase.
The event is free and open to the public. Please enter through the civic center doors on the west side of the building.
