Join The Arc of Illinois and Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center for “Building What’s Next: A Five-Part Virtual Transition Planning Series” in November. The series will wrap up with “Ask the Experts – Open Forum” on Nov. 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Transition planning can bring a lot of questions. Whether you are just beginning transition planning or already navigating the process, this series will offer an opportunity to:
- Learn
- Ask questions
- Explore options
- Build a stronger plan for what comes next
The webinar series is free. Participants can attend one session or join all five.
