A free, three-part webinar series on understanding Medicaid managed care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families

The Arc of Illinois will wrap up the Understanding Medicaid Managed Care webinar series with “Deon Health and Community Supported Care Partners of Illinois” on Nov. 10 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This series for self-advocates, families, providers and advocates will bring together experts to share national perspectives and information about a proposed model for Illinois. The hope is that the information will provide a better understanding of the topics and offer some comfort as you become more informed.

Join Deon Health representatives, Mary Pat Ambrosino and Sarah Titzer, to learn about:

• Deon Health’s proposed model for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Its partnership with Illinois providers through Community Supported Care Partners of Illinois
