Fall 2026 Red Kite Storyhoppers for Young Children Ages 4-7 on the Autism Spectrum in Chicago
Fun, interactive creative drama class for youth on the autism spectrum ages 4 to 7 and a participating grown-up
The Chicago Children’s Theatre will host Red Kite Storyhoppers for Young Children from Oct. 4 through Dec. 13 ( No class on Nov. 29). Storyhoppers will meet on Sundays from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
This highly interactive creative drama class will get the whole family moving and imagining!
Have fun bonding with your little one and supporting learning through creative drama, music and multisensory activities designed to help build:
- Motor development
- Communication skills
- Self-confidence
- Your child’s blossoming creative spirit
Storyhoppers is for youth on the autism spectrum, ages 4 to 7, and a participating grown-up.

The Fall 2026 Red Kite Storyhoppers class is $225 plus fees. Financial assistance is available.
Drop-in class options are for $25 per class plus fees.
