Virtual – Autism New Diagnosis Training

Free virtual training providing caregivers of children with autism an overview of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from early identification to diagnosis to intervention

The Autism Program (TAP)  will host “Autism New Diagnosis Training” on Oct. 5 from 12 to 1:30 p.m.

A new autism diagnosis can bring a lot of questions.

This free training will provide an overview of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), from early identification to diagnosis to intervention.

Attendees will learn about:

• Characteristics and strengths associated with autism
• How autism is diagnosed
• Evidence-based interventions
• Practical strategies and supports

The training is free. Caregivers, educators and family members are welcome to attend.
