Worldwide Day of Play at Discovery Center Museum in Rockford

Celebrate the Worldwide Day of Play at the Discovery Center Museum on Sept. 26

Discovery Center Museum (DCM) in Rockford will participate in Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play in partnership with the Association of Children’s Museums on Sept. 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Jump, play and create on this day of fun featuring tons of extra activities throughout the museum.

Bring your curiosity and creativity to explore:

• A balloon twister
• Washable chalk painting
• A bubble garden
• Giant hula hoops and hopscotch
• Jump rope challenge
• The Floor is Lava Room
•  A freeze dance room and more!

General admission tickets are $12 and include Worldwide Day of Play activities.

Admission is free with a museum membership.
