Free training for families and caregivers covering toilet training ideas, strategies and resources for children with disabilities
Join STAR NET Regions II and VI and STAR NET Region IV for “Our Successful Toilet Training Journey” on Sept. 10 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Toilet training and knowing when your child is ready for toilet training can sometimes be difficult, especially when your child has a disability.
If you need some help, join Early Childhood Special Education Family Professional Development Specialist Sheri Kraus for this engaging, one-hour virtual training.
Sheri will provide strategies and ideas that will help all children, including:
- Knowing when and how to begin the process
- Helpful tips and tricks to try
- Preparing a toilet training schedule
- Useful resources
Participants will also have time to share and ask questions after the presentation.
The webinar is free. The presentation will be in English with Spanish translation. Families of children with disabilities and educators are welcome to attend.
