“Coffee & Conversation” for Dads Raising Children with Disabilities in St. Charles

Dads of children with disabilities are invited to gather for coffee, conversation and support in St. Charles

The Rising Lights Project will host “Coffee & Conversation” for Rising Dads on Sept. 12 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Maple Leaf Coffee House in St. Charles.

Rising Lights Project’s “Rising Dads” meets monthly to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive space for dads of children with disabilities.

“Coffee & Conversation” will offer dads time to:

• Relax and spend time savoring a favorite coffee or other morning beverage
• Share with dads experiencing similar journeys
• Discover local resources
• Connect to opportunities for support

The event is open to dads of children with disabilities of all ages and stages.
