Join Aetna Better Health of Illinois for its “Pop-Up Farmer’s Market Health and Resource Fair” on July 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Third Presbyterian Church in Springfield.

Participants can:

  • Speak with representatives from area organizations offering free services and support
  • Check eligibility and learn about Medicaid services and benefits
  • Get tips for staying healthy
  • Receive free fruits and vegetables while supplies last
