Social Connections Playgroup for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind and CODA Children in the St. Louis Area
Enjoy a morning of fun, splashing and connection for families with children who are deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind and CODA (child of deaf adults) ages 7 and younger
Join DEAF, Inc. for the “Social Connections Playgroup for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and CODA Children” on Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Maryland Heights, Mo.
The playgroup will be meeting at Creve Coeur Park’s splash pad and playground for a morning of fun, splashing, and connection!
This playgroup is for children 7 and under and welcomes the whole family to enjoy time together while building community.
It’s a great opportunity to:
- Make connections and meet families in the St. Louis area
- Practice American Sign Language (ASL) in a welcoming environment
- Share tips and experiences about communication and devices
Don’t forget to bring water-friendly clothes, towels, sunscreen and water bottles.
