Southern Illinois Back-to-School Expo in Marion

Join Franklin-Williamson County Positive Youth Development for the eighth annual Southern Illinois Back-to-School Expo on July 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Pavilion in Marion.
The Expo is your one-stop shop for preparing for a new school year.
Expo activities will include:
- Free backpacks and school supplies (students must be present to receive items)
- Medical services
- Dental and vision screenings
- Haircuts
- Resource and vendor tables
- An arcade and train rides
- Snowcones
- A clothing consignment shopping area
- Inflatables
- Pizza party
All items and services are first-come, first-served.
The first 500 kids to visit the clothing consignment area will receive an $8 clothing voucher to shop for school clothes. After the first 500 kids, the clothing consignment will remain open to paying customers.
Expo admission is free, but you must have tickets to attend.

Reserve your tickets online for the “Southern Illinois Back-to-School Expo.”
Participants will receive tickets via email. Each ticket includes a QR code to use for entry on the day of the event. You can present the ticket on paper or in a digital format (e.g., by showing the email or a screenshot with the QR code).
