“Lighting the Way for Mental Health” Community Event in Marion

Find resources and know that you are not alone at this free Mental Health Awareness Month event in Marion

Centerstone will host “Lighting the Way for Mental Health” on May 8 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Tower Square Plaza in Marion. The community event will include:

• A resource fair from 3 to 6 p.m.
• An official proclamation reading and tower lighting ceremony from 4 to 5 p.m.

Recognize Mental Health Awareness Month at this community event to shine a light on hope, healing and support.

Participants can enjoy:

• Connecting with local organizations and providers offering mental health services, support and resources
• The reading of the official proclamation recognizing the importance of mental health in Marion
• Watching the illumination of Tower Square Plaza in support of mental health awareness and to symbolize that no one is alone

The event is free and open to everyone.
